Direct Billing Service
To facilitate patient visits, Pujing Dental Clinic has established direct billing arrangements with domestic and international insurance companies. If your insurance company is on our direct billing list, you do not need to pay in cash; we will settle the medical expenses directly with your insurance company. For your initial consultation, present your medical insurance card and valid ID (ID card or passport); Our staff will assist you in verifying your insurance benefits and policy details; After treatment, sign your full name and date on the bill and claim documents to facilitate claim processing; For return visits, you do not need to fill out the insurance form again. Only your handwritten signature is required, and we will handle all other related matters on your behalf.For minor patients, the accompanying family member or guardian must sign on their behalf. After your visit, we will send the bill and claim documents to your insurance company for processing. Patients with direct billing insurance only need to settle the co-payment and deductible amounts at the clinic before leaving, with no need to pay the full medical expenses on-site.

Q：What is a Guarantee Letter?
A：For major procedures or hospital visits involving high costs, you will need to coordinate with your insurance company in advance to obtain a cost guarantee. This formal guarantee document is called a Guarantee Letter. Once your treatment plan is confirmed, you may also need to communicate directly with your insurer as required by their policy.
Q：What if my insurance company is not on your direct billing list?
A：In this case, you will need to pay the full treatment cost upfront. We will provide you with official receipts and, upon request, any medical documentation required by your insurance company to help you file a reimbursement claim smoothly.
